Services
All services, treatments, and procedures are final and non-refundable. Once a service has been performed, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
Skincare and Retail Products
Unopened and unused retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to safety and hygiene standards.
Memberships and Packages
Membership fees and prepaid packages are non-refundable.
Membership benefits are subject to the terms outlined at enrollment and may not be transferred.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged at the time of purchase, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer an exchange or store credit.
