Cancellation Policy

At Kairos Aesthetic Medicine, appointments are reserved specifically for you to ensure focused, personalized care. We kindly ask that you respect the time of our providers and team by adhering to the following cancellation policy.

Appointment Changes and Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Missed appointments or no-shows may also incur a fee.

Late Arrivals
Patients who arrive late may have their appointment shortened to accommodate the schedule.
If you arrive too late to receive treatment, the appointment may be considered a no-show and subject to the applicable fee.

How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email as soon as possible. Early notice allows us to offer appointment availability to other patients.
